GGDAB POLSKA S.A. podjęła decyzję o współpracy z Beesfund jako platformą crowdfundingową. Aby GGDAB POLSKA S.A. mogła wejść na rynek polski, koniecznym było powołanie spółki akcyjnej. W myśl temu została powołana GGDAB POLSKA S.A., jako nowy podmiot. Powołanie spółki miało miejsce dn. 25.11.2021 r. Wpis do KRS został dodany w dn. 01.03.2022r. Powołano Zarząd oraz Radę Nadzorczą w składzie: Mariusz Kaletka – Prezes Rady Nadzorczej GGDAB POLSKA S.A. Członkowie rady nadzorczej: Michał Batog Szymon Gaczek Łukasz Batog Tomasz Kozieł Całość akcji o wartości 100 000 zł objęła spółka GGDAB Ltd.
